UH OHHHH. KRIS IS IN TROUBLE!

Uhhhh ohhhh…. Looks like Kris Humphries is in some serious doo-doo.

It seems as if his lengthy battle and efforts to prove that he was fraudulently tricked into marrying Kim Kardashian is taking an ugly turn. A turn that will probably not be in Kris’ favor…unfortunately for him. But you can already hear the preliminary ‘eeeks’ of excitement from the Kardashian kamp, because I think K-Hump is about to be out of their perfectly pieced hair extensions for good.

Humphries’ attorney Marshall Waller has been beat to death in the courtroom by Kim’s lawyer Laura Wasser and he has finally reached his breaking point. He filed official court documents so that the judge can set him free from the case. Allegedly, Waller has attempted time and time again to convince Kris that there is no evidence to support the phony fraud claims that he is so desperately pursuing.  So naturally, he wants out.

However, Lee Hutton, Humphries’ out of state attorney is still pushing Kris to continue his quest for an annulment. It’s likely Humpty-Hump has blinders on and wants to continue the fight just so Kim doesn’t get her way and most likely, a giant diamond from Kanye West.

Not only is Waller crushing Kris’ case by walking out the door, he publicly stated that Kris and Kim have “irreconcilable differences” the standard excuse for a quickie Hollywood divorce. Honestly, this shit could have been over months, oh wait, over a YEAR ago. If that doesn’t give Kim and Kris Jenner the fuel they need to push forward with a divorce, I don’t know what else would!

It’s rumored that the attorneys on both sides of the battle are back in the courtroom today.  It is likely that Kim’s attorney will request a final court date to finally put the 72 day union behind her. The tricky part may be if Kris no longer has an attorney to represent him he may request yet another extension……

The dude’s got a point. You don’t want to go into the lion’s den without a weapon. We all know he certainly isn’t smart enough to stand on his own.

Time will tell if Waller can get himself out of this sticky situation and clear his name from the Kardashian’s black list.  But where would that leave Kris Humphries?!

Is the end in sight?! Will the NBA star be left without a leg to stand on?!
