Perez Hilton Announces the Birth of His First Son!

OMG. OMG.

The openly gay man that has made his fortune from spilling celebrities’ most personal secrets has just shared one of his own. Perez Hilton whom you know as the center of celebrity gossip has recently announced that he has become a father for the first time.

And my jaw is literally on the floor. I am stunned.

There’s no reason for me to be stunned. I guess I’m floored at the fact that no one knew that he was planning to become a parent? Keep in mind that he isn’t on the A list like Brangelina or the Kardashians, but someone somewhere would have leaked some kind of info sometime right!?

On his official website, Perezhilton.com, Perez made the following announcement:

“I am ready to announce that earlier this month I was blessed with the birth of my first child, a beautiful and healthy baby boy – with lots of hair on his tiny head!”

The 34 year old father of one has not shared any details as far as who the child’s mother is, or if he chose to adopt the child… But from the photo he posted you can see that there is goo still on the kiddo’s head, which leads me to believe that adoption isn’t the likely answer.

Hilton continued,

“My family is overjoyed at this newest and most cherished addition.”

And the celebs that Perez has likely trashed on his website in the past poured out their congratulations to the new Pops on Twitter. And later Perez responded to the kind words from Emma Bunton, Katie Price, Denise Richards, Dita Von Teese and even Heidi Montag with a very emotional, very personal tweet in return. Obviously he is overwhelmed with love and pride for his little guy.

He said,

“I can’t stop crying! Every time someone Tweets me “Congrats Dad” or “Daddy” the tears just start streaming! #PoppaPerez.”

This is just another big chapter in the life of Perez Hilton! First he becomes an instant celeb from his mockery of A list stars, then he loses like 150 pounds and now he’s a dad, just like that!
