Pawn Stars Recap: Stuff It!
Today on Pawn Stars we see a rare Smith & Wesson 320 Revolver, some wild and weird taxidermy, and some Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collector swag! The Smith & Wesson is a rare and unique piece that actually was a flop made by the company. Recognizing this, it was quickly discontinued, and so few were made that now they are quite the collector’s piece. This lady of course wants $5K for it, but Rick has to bring in a buddy to check it out. Something tells me this will settle for closer to $750. Ish gets interesting when something fowl comes in on the night shift…
Here comes Penny the taxidermist with some of the animals she has mounted, and needs to get rid of. WOW. She’s got a Rio Grande Turkey, a Red Hartebeest, and thennnnnn… a liiiiittle bit of a custom piece….
Yes, that’s right, it’s a deer’s ass. She put on a bobcat mouth, sculpted a nose, and used some eyes she’d collected to bring this lil guy to life. Bc you’d drop a couple Benjamins on this piece of ass, right? The best part is how excited about it she is. Ahhhhh, people of the night. Olivia and Corey really aren’t sure what to make of this. LOL… he says he’s not even interested in buying the two regular animals… but how about a hundred for the butthead? LOL, she’s not amused, she’ll take the $150 final offer and split.
Next, Billy brings in his Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic books! He’s got about 50 of them, some of them so old the half shells have guns! Corey brings in a comic book expert so that they get a value to this set. These older books were indeed original, more adult-oriented stories with more violent stories. After awhile they tamed them down to be more for kids. He gives the guy a value of about $400… and of course Corey offers him $100! That’s just low… and this guy knows it. Sometimes their low blows are almost offensive, walk away dude! And he does…
Craig has arrived to take a look at the antique Smith & Wesson. He said it was made between 1880-1890, and with a very bad design, they didn’t make it for very long. He asks where the stock is, and she says she didn’t know it went with the gun so she threw it away! He said it could have been worth $5K by itself! Without that, and in the bad condition that it’s in, it’s worth between $800-$1K. Of course Rick immediately goes to the $800, but this babe ain’t budgin!! YEA! Finally a lady who stands up to them and says “ya know, you’re gonna make money on this, why don’t you meet me in the middle, $875?” BOOM! He caves, nice one!
With the big buy being Butthead, this episode wasn’t real ass-citing…! ha….
